Film school graduate and commercial director with Hoodoo Films, Ogus designed the original studio floor lamp for his Toronto loft. The reaction to the piece was so strong; he put the lamp into production.
Ogus wanted a lamp made unlike anything he had seen before. The materials and construction had to be the best. The result is a precision machined base of solid aircraft aluminum with an internal halogen bulb. As a final detail, each unit has its own serial number to verify its authenticity. The studio lamp has been featured in magazines such as Azure and Style at Home.
